YURiA-PHARM is a major manufacturer of various medical products, which began operations in 1968. Most of the products that this company produces are intended for sale to various medical organizations and hospitals, and due to their high quality, Yuria Farm works with many clients on a regular basis.

Center of personalized pharmacy “CHEMOTEKA” is a progressive personalized pharmacy service that greatly simplifies the organization of the cancer treatment process for doctors and patients. The “CHEMOTEKA” business unit is part of the business of the YURiA-PHARM corporation.

Cooperation between OntargIT and YURiA-PHARM began in mid-2019. The first step was to understand the client’s needs.

Main tasks:

  • Replace existing systems based on 1C.

  • Ensure prompt generation of management operational and financial reporting.

  • Improve business process management both now and in the future.

  • Build a platform to automate the processes of other YURiA-PHARM businesses.

Goals:

  • Support for the operational activities of the production and trade business.

  • Construction of an integral system of management financial accounting (management accounting of the company – US dollar).

  • Implementation of a new modern platform for the subsequent faster implementation of new tools and processes in the Company as in a holding company.

Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations

Solution:

To achieve all the goals, OntargIT offered a solution based on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (Enterprise Edition) software product.

D365FO is a fully integrated ERP system that meets the requirements of financial and management accounting, retail and online trade management, service maintenance, accounts payable to customers and suppliers, sales, customer relationship management, purchasing, master planning, production and warehousing.

Thanks to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, Center of personalized pharmacy “CHEMOTEKA” was able to automate the following business processes:

  • Maintain a directory of production nomenclatures, specifications/recipes, technological routes, customers, and contracts

  • Formation of demand forecast, sales price, planned and final cost

  • Formation of a “rough” production plan, procurement plan and requests for payment

  • Acceptance of customer orders

  • Accounting for purchases of production items, non-production items, GTD and production

  • Inventory control

  • Shipment of finished products

  • Maintaining a directory of suppliers, contracts, and non-production nomenclature

  • Registration of incoming payments

  • Accounting for accounts payable and accounts receivable

  • Allocation of services to the cost of finished products

After the successful completion of the project, cooperation between OntargIT and “CHEMOTEKA” did not stop. Now, the OntargIT consultant team is working as a support.
