  • Project management and accounting (estimation, contracts, commitment tracking) . Centralized project management has been implemented, allowing for control over all stages: from initial cost and resource estimation to contract signing and tracking of commitment fulfillment. This ensures planning accuracy and maintains the governance standards characteristic of the company’s large-scale international projects.

  • Generation of interim project forecasts. The system allows for the creation of regular interim revenue and expense forecasts for each project.
