This event is dedicated to exploring the future of ERP and business applications, with a heavy focus on integrating artificial intelligence, Microsoft Copilot.

Microsoft Convergence 2025 is regarded as the leading community conference for the ERP ecosystem, uniting CIOs, IT leaders, supply chain managers, finance experts, and solution architects. Its agenda is designed to deliver in-depth, practical insights into the fast-changing world of Dynamics 365, Copilot, and the Power Platform.

Speakers include top Microsoft visionaries, such as Corporate Vice Presidents Satish Thomas and Georg Glantschnig, providing attendees with exclusive, forward-shaping insights directly from product leadership.

The first day started with active networking and is dedicated solely to Dynamics 365 ERP partners. This session emphasized business strategy, leadership insights, incentives, and program updates, offering guidance to boost business growth and enhance their influence.

It started on Wednesday, December 10, with a powerful opening that established the strategic vision for the Microsoft ecosystem. The day featured major keynotes from Microsoft executives, who officially outlined the direction toward “Agentic ERP” and showed how AI agents are fundamentally transforming core business functions across Dynamics 365 and Business Central. Following this vision-setting, breakout sessions offered important product deep dives, giving attendees future-focused roadmaps for Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management and Unified Commerce, and teaching how to use new Finance features within Microsoft 365 Copilot.

The afternoon centered on practical AI applications, showcasing a customer’s journey to deploy these new solutions and several “Copilot in Action” demos that demonstrate how intelligent agents automate processes such as sales order and payables creation. A key session also emphasized the often-overlooked importance of securing AI agents within the Dynamics ecosystem.

Thursday, December 11, built on this foundation by focusing on organizational transformation, operational excellence, and maximizing the business value of the platform. The morning emphasized the organizational framework needed for successful AI adoption, including a practical guide on establishing an effective AI Center of Excellence (CoE) to ensure new technologies deliver measurable results. Simultaneously, sessions provided the latest roadmaps for Dynamics 365 Human Resources and updates on advanced core Finance functionalities.

The afternoon’s primary keynote addressed “Functional Transformation,” offering strategies for organizations to become “Frontier Firms” through human-AI collaboration. Specialized breakout sessions covered advanced operations, detailing how to achieve AI-powered Demand Planning in highly volatile environments, optimize Manufacturing Operations Management, and gain Conversational Supply Chain Intelligence by directly interacting with Dynamics 365 data via Copilot agents.

The final day included interactive breakout sessions and hands-on workshops centered on applying AI in ERP and enterprise contexts, offering practical insights for technical experts and developers.
