OntargIT has fully integrated the logistics processes of the сharitable foundation Zanovo into Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.
The volunteer movement is widespread in Ukraine. It is currently decentralized and humanitarian aid is either not recorded at all or kept to a minimum.
The team of volunteers currently working at the Kyiv railway station used to keep data about quantity and movement of warehouse stocks in usual tables. Routine work took away valuable time of managers, and also did not give exact results. Therefore, the main task was to create a platform that allowed them to manage all logistics in one place.
With the help of two OntargIT specialists, 10 volunteers quickly learned how to use the system and successfully connected to Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations on April 8. Now managers have access to an online platform, which on the one hand have up-to-date data on product balances, and on the other – accounting for existing needs with the status of their processing. All information is located in a secure Microsoft cloud. By logging in to the system, volunteers can effectively display all the necessary data in the form of statistics or reports that need to be provided on a daily basis.
