Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE & Power Platform Technical Lead

Key qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform and/or Azure are highly desirable.
At least 5 years of experience in software development with a focus on the Power Platform and Dynamics 365 CE apps.
Strong background in .NET, C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS. Experience with front-end frameworks like React is a plus.
Good knowledge of solution architecture and application design principles.
Demonstrated ability to manage and mentor technical team members.
Knowledge of application lifecycle management (ALM) and DevOps practices in Microsoft Power Platform.
Understanding of security principles and compliance policies relevant to cloud solutions and Power Platform applications
Problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically when solving customer problems.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a B2+ level of English proficiency, essential for effective team collaboration and client interaction.
Extensive expertise with Dynamics 365 applications (i.e. Sales, Marketing, Field Service).
Familiarity with the Dataverse and Dynamics 365 CE apps customization principles.
Experience in Microsoft Azure services such as Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Azure SQL DB, Azure Blob.
Experience in API management and security best practices.
Good grasp of Microsoft 365 components like SharePoint Online, Teams, and Office 365 APIs. Understanding Microsoft Graph features will be a plus.
Ability to model data effectively using entities, relationships, and business rules within Dataverse environment & SQL databases.
Knowledge of Copilot Studio (former Power Virtual Agent), AI builder or Azure AI Services will be a plus.
Key responsibilities
Lead the technical aspects of Dynamics 365 CE and/or Power Platform projects.
Manage technical assessment of projects and participate in pre-sales activities.
Architect and design solutions that leverage the full capabilities of the Dynamics 365 Power Platform stack, including integrations with Azure and Microsoft 365 services, if necessary.
Manage and mentor a team of technical professionals. Including development of team’s technical skills, suggestion of learning path and R&D activities. Participation in employee evaluations activities.
Implementation of technical policies and development best practices inside the team for Dynamics 365 & Power Platform projects. Ensure these policies and quality standards are maintained across all projects.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions that meet client needs.
