Senior Marketing Specialist

As a Senior Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives aimed at enhancing brand awareness, driving customer engagement, and increasing sales. You will oversee campaigns, analyze their performance, coordinate with the team to manage projects, and ensure deadlines and KPIs are met. This role requires strong analytical skills, data-driven decision-making, creativity, and a deep understanding of modern marketing strategies and digital trends.
Key qualifications
English level – upper-intermidiate at least (both written and verbal). Studying the company’s field, updating information, and creating content will be done in English
At least 3 years of experience in marketing;
Strong understanding of both offline marketing (event organization, trade shows) and online tools (digital marketing, SEO, SMM, email marketing);
Experience in organizing and conducting online webinars, product demonstrations, and online presentations;
Ability to analyze market trends, competitor activities, and campaign data to make data-driven decisions;
Proficiency in analytical tools (Google Analytics, marketing CRM systems);
Knowledge of graphic and presentation tools is a plus;
Strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and work well under pressure.
Key responsibilities
Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the company’s products and services both offline and online;
Organize and manage offline & online events such as conferences, trade shows, client meetings, and corporate events;
Plan and execute online activities, including webinars, product demonstrations, and social media campaigns;
Create and coordinate digital marketing campaigns (email marketing, SMM, paid advertising, SEO, PPC);
Collaborate with the sales team to support lead generation and business development;
Monitor market trends and competitors, analyze the performance of marketing activities, and prepare reports with recommendations for optimization;
Negotiate with vendors and partners for event organization and joint activities.
