Junior Digital Marketing Specialist

As a Junior Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the execution of marketing campaigns. This will include assisting in content creation, managing social media platforms, analysing campaign performance, and coordinating with team members to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet goals. You should be detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about digital marketing trends and strategies.
Key qualifications
English level – upper-intermidiate at least (both written and verbal). Studying the company’s field, updating information, and creating content will be done in English
- 0-1 year of experience in digital marketing or completed relevant courses
Basic understanding of digital marketing tools and methods (Google Ads, SMM, SEO, email marketing)
Knowledge and skills in analytics tools (Google Analytics, basic web analytics)
Knowledge of graphic software such as Figma and Adobe Photoshop to create simple visuals
Ability to create creative content for social media (texts, ideas for visuals)
- Experience with advertising platforms (Facebook Ads, Google Ads) is a plus
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
Self-organization, teamwork skills, and a desire to learn
Multitasking
Key responsibilities
- Assisting in the creation and implementation of digital marketing campaigns (including email marketing, SMM, PPC, SEO, and others);
- Working with analytics and tracking tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.);
- Preparing content for social media and email newsletters, managing the publishing calendar
- Monitoring and analyzing the effectiveness of advertising campaigns and preparing reports
- Assisting in website management (updating content, working with SEO optimization)
Supporting planning and execution of targeted advertising campaigns
Collaborating with the creative team to produce visual and text materials
