Key qualifications
- Higher technical or economic education
English — Upper-intermediate or higher. All communications are in English
4+ years of experience in Dynamics 365 CRM/Customer Engagement (Sales, Customer service, Field Service, Marketing, etc.)
Dynamics 365 CE and/or Power Platform certifications will be a plus
Microsoft Power Platform, Dynamics 365, Azure and/or Azure certification will be a plus
Key responsibilities
Functional D365-CE support (end-user/key-user)
Creating custom entities, forms, and views
Customizations, Plug-Ins, Flows
Power Apps, Power Automate, Web Services development
Dual-Write and integrations
Knowledge of Security framework, roles, and best practices
