Dynamics 365 CRM/Customer engagement consultant

We are looking for proactive professional to join our consulting team that strive to deliver turn-key business solutions on Microsoft Power Platform which is leading low-code / no-code IT platform in the world. You will work together with our internal team (PMs, Consultants, Technical Architects, Developers, etc.) to execute customer projects from initial demand to the live product. It’s an enterprise-scale project with an opportunity to work with customers across multiple countries and departments.

Key qualifications

  • Higher technical or economic education
  • English — Upper-intermediate or higher. All communications are in English

  • 4+ years of experience in Dynamics 365 CRM/Customer Engagement (Sales, Customer service, Field Service, Marketing, etc.)

  • Dynamics 365 CE and/or Power Platform certifications will be a plus

  • Microsoft Power Platform, Dynamics 365, Azure and/or Azure certification will be a plus

Key responsibilities

  • Functional D365-CE support (end-user/key-user)

  • Creating custom entities, forms, and views

  • Customizations, Plug-Ins, Flows

  • Power Apps, Power Automate, Web Services development

  • Dual-Write and integrations

  • Knowledge of Security framework, roles, and best practices
