Goals

  • Replace a number of disparate custom systems with one unified ERP platform

  • Optimize company’s business processes and performance of work units

  • Automation of business processes of production and trade, finance and budgeting

We face a great challenge to optimize the management of the company as a whole. Using Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012, we plan to reorganize and optimize the processes of planning and production, to create a single information space for all business units. We are convinced that the chosen ERP system will be providing the best management practices, and we will use them at full power.

Manufacturer’s engagement to the consumers, a modern approach to business, as well as the need to ensure further successful development of the business, prompted the management team of “Kuban-Tea” to optimize its IT-strategy.

  • After a careful analysis of the solutions offered on the market, the choice was made in favour of Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012. It was made due to the system flexibility to be customized, open integration capabilities and reach standard functional in production area.

  • The main criteria to choose, as a solution supplier, Ontargit were their professionals’ experience in production processes automation, confirmed by Microsoft Gold Partner status in ERP competency; proposed solution architecture which mostly uses standard functionality was satisfied customer’s expectations and allow to hold project in budget.

Microsoft Dynamics AX is implemented to manage

  • Specifications and routes, production accounting, master planning extension and control of production and procurement (MRP);

  • Sales; inventory transactions; settlements with suppliers and customers, warehouse and logistic operations;

  • Partially financials and banking operations;

  • Integration with Manufacturing equipment, WMS-system, 1C;

  • Role center for equipment loading control.

The results of implementation

  • Production costs have been optimized thanks for operational control of finished products, correct raw materials write-off to production and automated process of calculation;

  • Quality control and end-to-end batch accounting allow optimize raw-materials usage and its liquidity;

  • The amount of stock on every stage of storing and production were decreased.
