At this stage of its active development Altis-Lift management pursues a clear and comprehensive systematization of internal business processes, forming a new improved business model. According to the corporate strategy top management is developing new promotion channels of the company’s products in B2C market and leading improvement and expansion of the existing channel in B2B market.
New standards and business rules require new leverage control. Existing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) that Altis-Lift was using during the last few years has ceased to meet the requirements. Top management needed a tool that would help to achieve business goals and provide the solution of the sales process related problems.
Thus, it was decided to select a new CRM system with new features and tech capabilities and to begin the project of the transition to the new platform.

Altis-Lift Сompany needed to define which product to use and choose consultant who could implement the project efficiently and considering tight deadlines.
Such solutions as Sugar CRM, Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Ukrainian developers’ products were considered during decision-making process.
Number of potential supplier companies was identified. In the result of meetings and commercial proposals provided, OntargIT that offered an interesting concept based on solutions Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online was selected as a partner for Altis-Lift.
